Roof Replacement Waco TX is a referral website for homeowners in Waco, TX and nearby parts of McLennan County. This policy explains what the site collects when you send a request, where that information goes and how long it is kept.
When you fill out the request form, you give us details such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and a short description of the roof. We use those details for one purpose: passing your request to one independent local roofing contractor so that company can reach you about an estimate. Your details go to that single contractor and nowhere else.
Your request is stored with the site's hosting provider only so it can be passed on to the roofer. It is deleted automatically after 90 days.
We do not sell personal data, rent it or trade it to anyone. We do not ask for or collect sensitive data, such as Social Security numbers, bank or card details, health information or insurance policy numbers. Please leave those out of the comments box.
Like most websites, the hosting service may log basic technical data, such as an IP address, browser type and the pages viewed, to keep the site working and secure. That data is not used to identify you or to market to you.
The site lists no phone number. To ask a question about this policy, or to ask that we delete a request you sent before the 90 days are up, use the contact form.
Once the roofer has your details, its own privacy practices apply to how it uses them. Ask the roofer about those when it contacts you.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one in effect.
