The Texas Department of Insurance takes concerns about an insurance company's handling of a claim, and the City's Inspection Services answers permit questions for addresses inside Waco.

If a complaint shows that a roofer has treated homeowners unfairly, we may stop sending requests to that roofer.

Keep copies of any contract, receipts, photos and messages. They help whichever office looks into your complaint.
